Is it possible to upload PIR data by LSMW or BDC?

You can upload PIR data with LSMW.I think LSMW is better option for this.

Yes you can create PIR through LSMW.

Follow the standard method i.e standard batch/direct method

object:0180

method:0001

program name:RM60IN01

BDC you reuqiree ababer help for coading...

LSMW you can create your own and upload....
