Requestor for plan-driven shopping cart

Hi! I have managed to set up the plan-driven procurement scenario successfully and was able to create PReq in ECC, got it transferred to SRM whereby a SC was created and PO was subsequently generated with sourcing.

What I noticed is that the requester is based on a generic user id (RFC type user). Is there anyway to push through the original creator info the the requester field in the shopping cart?

If this cannot be achieved through standard configuration/table set up, is there any BADI which I can use to alter the requester id?

Appreciate any advice on the above.

Hi Doremon,

You can use the BADI BBP_BADI_EXTREQ_OUT in R/3 inorder to change the ERNAM field (Name of Person who Created the Object) in R/3 from the RFC user to the requestor id using the Business Partner structure from the BADI change parameter.
