Error while generating Rule

Hi Guys,

I was able to upload all the information regarding rule correctly. When I was trying to generated rules I was getting the following error " ORA-00001: unique constraint (SAPSR3DB.SYS_C006393) violated"

One more thing every time I am getting this error at different risk id.

any suggestion ??

Praveen,

There seems to be some duplicate records in the database. I will recommend you to remove all the data and re-upload everything. You can open a message with SAP asking for rule deletion script. Once you run this SQL, it will remove all the data related to rules from DB tables.

Hello Parveen,

In addition to what Alpesh suggested, I would recommend if you also review your Risks once before uploading the same again.

Also, in case you haven't, it's good to create a risk Matrix and the associated Functions and transactions/authorizations for each so that you can avoid running into such errors in future.
