Can anybody point me to a document that describes the general process for using the synchronization toolbar item in Outlook with SAP Business Workplace? I found several SAP notes that describe how to fix it if doesn't work. But I can't seem to find a document that describes how and why to use it. I expect serveral calls from confused users if we roll this out without proper documentation or training.
I am NOT interested in Outlook CRM synchronization or Outlook Business One synchronization. Just SAP Business Workplace in ECC 6.0.
