Modify travel request screens in TRIP transaction

We want to use the travel request only to request advances and nothing else. Hence we would want to remove all the other options in the travel request section of trip transaction. Effectively there should be only general trip information and advances section in the travel request.

Where do i configure this. Under travel eruest section of travel management, I do not see anything like dialog control that we have for travel expenses.

I do not see any BADI's to get the same.

Any inputs on how to do this?

Go to transaction PR05->New Financial Acc -> Travel mgmnt ->Travel Expense->Dialog Control->

there you have options to make fields as Hide, Make mandatory etc.

Hide the fields which you dont require.

I have ruthlessly used the enhancement framework to do this, I would still be intrested to know how we can do this in a better way

Hi Sammer,

Try unticking Additional destination and other information which you don't require in Trip Schema under Activate Entry screen.

Travel Management->Travel Expenses->Dialog and Travel Expenses Control->Dialog Control->Define Schema and Individual Field Control.
