Create TO from multiple TR's

Hi,

Here we have requirement from client.

He wants to create Transfer Order from Multiple Transfer Requirements. Is it possible.

Suppose if there are 3 TR's then , for those 3TR's he wants to create one TO.

Any suggestions please.

Hi,

It's possible, it just depends on how your splitting criteria for the TO.

Let's say you have done 10 GR on PO and this resulted in 10 TR's for 902 area as source storage type. All of the materials need to go to let's say 001 storage type.

Now, when you use LT41, you make a selection in the selection screen for requirement types E (putaway). Then execute and you will see all TR's for putaway. You can then decide which ones you want to bundle and create 1 TO for it (assuning they go all to the same destination storage type).

If they do not go to the same storage type, you can use exit MWMTO012, I believe.

Hi Hari krishna,

Your requirment of grouping TR into one TO can be done through a User Exit.

So check with ABAPERS or post the same in ABAP forum
