transportation zone is masked while creating customer master... can anybody tell me why it happens so?
Hi
In t code OBD2 select your account group and double click on sales area data
I think ,there in the shipping tab double click
Here mainatin transportation zone as an optional entry
Propably right now in your case it is either in suppress or disply mode
Right now i dont have access to SAP i think this transportation zone fiels mostly lies in the shipping tab of the sales area data
If not ,i think you can look for the same in the sales tab (either of these two you will find that field)
If with OBD2 still your requirement is not met you can do the same in OB20 (create customers centrally)

Hi Maheshwaran
Just check in OBD2 wheather the transportation Zone is in Display mode or not . Generally it happens , when you customize the account group by changing the Transportation Zone to Display mode .So change it to Optional / Required and then create the customer master record
