Not receiving room subscription notifications

We are receiving email notifications when UWL tasks are past due or a room is created, however, the subscription notifications are not working correctly (we don't receive an email). Any suggestions?

Check whether mail transport is configured correctly.

Instead of trying to change the channel, I used the SAP GUI to update user accounts. You have to make sure that the communication method is email. Once I changed that on our accounts, the notifications worked.

I view and verified the information in the links you provided. The channel shown in the subscriptions is called "Email address", and I cannot change it (grayed out). I only have one channel for email and it's called "EMAIL."
