Group several PRs into one PO item.

Hello everyone,

I've a material with dependent requirements from lots of other materials. At MRP run, it creates a PR for each planned order. When running ME59N it will create one PO with several items, one per PR.

Do you know if it's possible to group all PRs in only one PO item?

Best regards,

André Costa

Hi André,

I wonder if you are familiar with the flag "Create schedule lines" in ME59N. It doesn't allow you to make one schedule line of several PReq's, but at least it clubs several PReq's into one PO item (as different schedule lines).

You cannot as it has been discussed many times on SDN forum.

What you can do is to use proper master data settings to get the procurement proposal with the right qty.

You should use proper lot sizing procedure as well as proper individual/collective requirement setting:

Please search before asking...
