Check availability : Msg VL150 in delivery Only 0 PC of material X availabl

Hi Experts,

I create a sales order. the availability check is ok for all the items.

When i want to create a delivery refering to this order:

Same "delivery quantities" is 0. however, there is enough stock for these items.

When i make a quantity in this field this message appear : " Only 0 PC of material xx available"

Hello Friend,

Please check in the material master - MRP 2 view , if any safety stock mentioned.

If the value of safety stock is greater than the available quantity, then the system won't allow you to do PGI..

Otherwise, the stock might have allocated to some other orders.

true enough, 2 Production Orders appears in MD04.

But i still don't understand. there's enough stocks for the Requirement date

Go to VA02, key in the sale order and execute. There double click on material code and go to schedule line. Are you able to see the available stock in confirmed quantity ??

14.04.2009 CusOrd 10- "2.175"

Moreover, from your above comments, it seems the stock is not available for the full quantity. Only partial quantity is available in which case, you wont be able to post the goods issue.

In that case, in the same screen (schedule line tab) you will see two fields viz

a) Order quantity

b) Delivered quantity

What is there against the delivered quantity ?? If that field is blank but still you are unable to create delivery, please go to VL06G and check whether any other delivery is created and saved without doing PGI. Next ensure that in TCode VL01N, the correct shipping point is entered

Yes, the delivery quantity is blank.

but, i don't thinks that problem came from here. there is others items with delivery quantity in blanks. but it's working for theses items.
