Hi Sreenivasu,
Please check the following
1) In customisation (spro), under the link sap scm imp guide > APO > Integration with sap components > integration via cif > basic setting for data transfer > publication > maintain distruibution definition
Under this link, check whether the location 1000 is maintained for logical system under the publishing type

Hi Sreenivasu,
Could you please clarify how you are transferring your result from SCM to R/3? Normally, once planned orders and requisitions got generated, it will get transferred online automatically via OLTP system.

Hi Sreeni,
Have you done a client copy of R/3 system after CIFing the data and using the new client now?
Let me explain...
T90CLNT090 and distr. to targ syst CD0CLNT200
Initially you worked with T90CLNT090 and connected it to APO.
Created data in this client and ciffed it to APO.
Afterwords, you created client CD0CLNT200 by copying T90CLNT090 and now using CD0 with same copied data and with APO system.
In such scenario you will get this error.
Please confirm, I will try to suggest you a report to be run.
Regards,
Nitin

Hi Sreenivasu,
Please check on the following
1) Whether location 1000 exists in both R/3 and SCM systems(active model)
2) Check application logs through t-codes CFG1 and /sapapo/c3 and provide more information to capture the exact error
3) Please specify the nature of planning run you carried out and how are you transferring the results
4) Check both inbound and outbound queues
Please confirm
