SAP help

Dear all,

at client site in production server

if i give F1 (ie) help, screen is getting apperead but could'nt find any documentation

but i am getting header deatils like technical settings , etc

what could be the be reson and how do i get help

Kumar,

As a workaround, try this:

On any screen, Help>Settings

Select F1 help tab

Select Modal Dialogue Box.

While you are here, probably a good idea to do the same thing for F4 help

Select F4 help tab

On the left next to Display, select Dialog (modal).

This will change the format of Help. It will look different, but at least the data will be there.

If this fixes the problem, then the underlying problem is an incompatibility between Windows, the installed GUI, and the system you are working with. The most likely solution would be to install the latest patch of the GUI you are using.

Dear,

Go the SAP Eassy Access Screen.

Here goto --> Help --> Settings --> In F1 Help

See the Check Box for In Performance Assistance is activated.

system -> help -> settings changes.

You need to work with your Basis Person on this. They would be setting up this
