Hi

From CRM Sales Contract can we creat Sales item and Service item and follwup document Service order, I am sure we can creat Sales item can we create Service item from Sales Contract what are the setings to be maintain please help me out.

Hi ilyas!

Yes it is possible to implemented the scenario you mentioned. I have done a similar scenario in SAP CRM 2007.

I create a Sales Contract thru IC Web Client with two items: one containing the product, and another one containing the service to install it.

After the Contract is approved by the customer, I created two followup documents:

- A Sales Order containing the product;

- A Service Order containing the installation service;
