The Business Partner Cock Pit..

The business partner cockpit enables you to view and manage information

while you are working in the following CRM applications:

o Business transaction processing, such as opportunities or activities

o Business partner maintenance

o Interaction Center

In all cases, it contains a list of your favorite business partners,

quick links to other transactions, and the fact sheet.

The fact sheet contains different types of information about the

business partner and can be customized so that this information is

relevant to particular users.

Hi,

As far as my knowledge goes Customer Cockpit is nothing but Customer FactSheet. When a Business Partner (Customer) Fact Sheet is launched you can all the information pertaining to that Customer Customer Cockpit is viewed as FactSheet I suppose.
