Hi

What kind of steps you need?

Just create copy of your theme, in theme editor make changes by given components.

First is masthead change the color and images,logos.

Then change color of different components, table, group and etc.

Create portal desktop

Add this theme in Portal desktop in Sytem admin -> portal display -> Desktops & Display Rules

In master rule make entry of the user which you want to assing theme.
