Automatic closing of reservation after 3 days

Hi all,

The user creates reservation daily but against that reservation partial material is issued. Partial material which is not issued, is treated as open reservation, which in turn distrubs MRP run.

We want that system should retain only last 03 days reservation active & rest all should be closed automatically.

I tried but not working, please advice....

from OMBN you have to set tha days at field "Retention period, in days, for reservation items". Then from MBVR you enter the res. and delete it, or block it.

You can maintain Retention period in OMBN

Retention period, in days, for reservation items

Indicates the time in days during which a reservation item resides in

the system before being deleted by the reservation management program.

check is there any user exit available. activate and run the job 3 days once.
