workflow trigger for disconnection document

Can anyone tell me how to activate the workflow for the disconnection document ? I created the disconnection document in ec85 after that in menu i selected the tab environment in that active workflows for disconnection document.I got a message " No work items in connection with this object".

enter 1 in the serach option anc click activate button in the top
