Title in formatted address of customer master

Hi,

Even if there is no title maintained in customer master it displays a title (by default) in formatted address .

This is the reason why Address end address also prints in same way...in sapscript.

Can anyone help with the solution if there is title maintained for some formatted.

Hi,

this often occurs when KNA1-ANRED (title) do contain a value which cannot be translated into one of the known titles from the Business Address Services (BAS) tables.

in other words KNA1-ANRED does not exists in TSAD3 table.

eventually/surely ADRC-TITLE is empty.

Normally, ADRC-NAME_TEXT is not initial too.

Solution to make every tables BAS and customer master data tables happy and in-sync: Just open XD02 and click button 'Delete field'.

Hi,

I am facing with the same issue currently.

As I see TSAD3 table only contain the title eg. "Dr.".

Example:

ANRED=Dr.

NAME1= James Thomas

after formating:

it appears in the customer master (ADRC-NAME_TEXT) and also in SD (sales order, billing doc) as

Doctor James Thomas

2 questions:

- where is the formating (in which table) set to format "Dr." to "Doctor"?

- where can I switch off this formating/conversion functionality?

I know how to get rid off this by deleting the field in the customer master, already done in mass for 18000 customers, however the issue comes back again and I am looking for a final solution.
