Trasfer of Commitment from One Project to another project

My Client want to trasfer the commitment ment from one project to another project.

Let me if its possible ?? and so how to do it??

Hi

I havent understood your scenario.

If your client is saying about funds commitment. It can be done by using transactions FMZ1 & FMZ2

You can transfer or change the commitment on WBS or Network.

Dear Atul,

Delete the old PR and PO for the last project and create new PR for new project.

Dear Atul,

I think direct transfer of Commitment from one project to another project is not possible.But you can do following things.

1) Commitments generated throgh PR & PO.

2) If any PR which is not converted into PO that you can delete so commitment will get removed from that project and then you can again create PR for your required project.

3) If any posting is not happened against PO (Like goods receipt, goods issue etc.) then delete PO & it's PR then your commitment will removed from that project. Now this deleted PR you can create for required project and furher create PO for that project.

By doing this way you can do transfer of commitment from one project to another.
