Dear Shobana,

As you are using AFS, please check the Allocation Status for the sale order.

If it is fully allocated, then only you can deliver it. Otherwise, you can't.

You can check the staus, by double clicking on the material in the line item. Then check in the status tab. You ll come to know.

The order can be delivered, only when it is fully allocated as per the release %.

You need to run ARun for the same, which will allocate the resources to your order.

After the status change to Fully allocated, you can create a delivery..

Please do search in the forum with search text "AFS" or "Allocation Run", you will get some more information..

Do ARUN for your sale order.

FYI:

Please refer the link ..

That will solve the query on Allocation Run.

Dear Venkatesh

I am getting the following error while executing J3AT.

"0040000023 000010: Item cannot be allocated to 100 % (phys.stock: 000 %, incl.GR 000 %)"

Kindly guide me.

Dear Shobana,

Please refer the link to proceed with ARun..

Make sure that you are having the stock at the plant you specified in the J3AT transaction.

In your case, you might be having less amount of stock rather than the quantity to be delivered.

That is why, the system is throwing that error..

Increase the stock.. Do it again..

You can check the status of your sale order in the transaction /AFS/MD04..

Also, pelase follow the steps which specified in the link..

Please revert me, if you have any issues..

(Dear Shobana: Please close the thread, if your issue solved)

Thanks,

Hello Friend,

Go to that particular Sales Order and check in Item Level Schedule Lines and check the confirmed quantity is confirmed on what date. So in VL01N take that date as the Delivery date and hope this will resolve your issue.

Shobana,

Check whether the confirmed date in the schedule lines of sales order (Double click item details and choose schedule lines tab) is matching with your Delivery date input.
