configuring settlement

Hi,

What are the configuration settings i need to maintaining project costs and revenues ?

we have 4 types of projects: customer, rnd, maintenance, academic.

we are giving all costs and revenues only on top wbse.

you have to set the settings under

Project System -- Costs -- Automatic and Periodic Allocations -- Settlement ---Settlement Profile

Create Allocation Structure

Create Source Structure

Define PA Transfer Structures

Create Settlement Profile

Dear Harsh,

Normally Above conf setting is done by FICO consultant.Get it done through them.

From PS point of view you need to assign Settlement profile to Project Profile.

In Project Profile, Controlling Tab, you can see Peroid End Closing sub secreen there you have to assign settlement profile.

As you mention various project types, for that you have to create seperate project profile & in each project profile you have to assign settlement profile.
