CIN: VAT calculation on Maximum Retail Pricing (MRP)

HI SAP Gurus

We have a requirement wehre VAT should be calculated on Maximum Retail Pricing (MRP) instead of Selling Price. Pls see below for example:

Selling Price: 100

MRP: 200

VAT 4%:

200/1.04 = 192.31

200-192.31 = 7.69

Total: Selling Price + VAT

100 + 7.69 + 107.69

Pls advise how do we setup this in the pricing procedure in TAXINJ. Appreciate yr help on this

Hi

Create one new requirement in VOFM for VAT calculation and assign it to your vat condition type in pricing procedure.
