Error installing SAP Netweaver Sneak Preview ABAP

Hi

I'm getting the following error when I try to install SAP Netweaver Sneak Preview ABAP.

ERROR 2006-04-04 13:51:02

MOS-01185 The subkey 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NPFMntor' does not exist on the 'localhost' host.

ERROR 2006-04-04 13:51:02

FCO-00011 The step collect with step key |NW_ABAP_OneHost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_GetSidNoProfiles|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|collect was executed with status ERROR .

I'm on Windows XP SP2 Profession.

By the way... is this the right forum?

Hi

This is something related to your anti virus software like norton.Please trun off Norton while Installing SAP and also make sure that the Id which you use to install SAP has administrator rights.
