How to Configure the SAP AS Java in the SAP netweaver developer studio?

I need to configure the SAP AS Java and then deploy my project...

As i navigate through Window->Preferences->SAP AS Java...Then i click on Add new SAP system..

It asks for hostname and instance number...

Can anyone tell me how can i know these : i think i hostname should be localhost...Where can i see what is the Instance Number of the SAP AS Java and the hostname?

Hi,

The instance hostname is the IP where the AS Java is installed. You can find the instance number in this way: usr\sap\<sid>\<instance_id>
