Catalog button in ME51n

Hi,

in our system the CATALOG button is not available in transaction ME51N. Can anyone please help us what needs to be done in order to make the button appear. ours is an ECC 6.0 system

Hello,

In order to have the button available in ME51n and ME21n, it is necessary

to have an entry in customizing table MMPUROCI_ENTIT_V

Path:

IMG->Materials Management - Purchasing - Environment Data

- Web Services : ID and Description -> double click on the web service id

(e.g.: CVS1_Applied ) and set/checkin the default indicator field. Then

save the data.

And fill the parameters of the call structure, also identifying whether

the parameter is URL, SAP value, Fixed Value ou URL return.

With this change in customizing you should be able to see the 'catalog'

button in ME51N.

Hi Swati,

I am not seeing the button yet on me51n - is there anything else that needs to be done - like security settings or org settings ? Will it hurt if any of these are also set - Product details, Src of Supply, Cross-catalog Search, and Use HTTP GET ?

Please check you have set default flag for one of catalogs.

I do have 2 catalogs in dev system. They do NOT have the checkbox "Default Indicator" set. But the catalog button shows up correctly.
