internal order no not triggering in purchase order

Dear Gurus

We have a make to order situation where the stocks are valuated sales order stock.What we do is that we explode the Bom with usage 5 for equipments in the sales order and after explosion of the bom we assign a internal order (to capture cost) to each an every line item of the sales order. This internal order is attached to a cost center.Each and every line item has been assigned with strategy 20 so while running mrp in md50 we have to run individually for every line item(to avoid that we developed a BDC PROGRAMME) after running MRP the purchase requisitions are created for each item,But these purchase requisitions are not carrying the internal order no that we assigned in the sales order.If we create a purchase requisition manually with reference to the sales order at that time the internal order no is triggering automatically.How to trigger the internal order no in purchase requisition that has been created though MRP - it will be of great help
