If you really want to track that then you have to enable auditing (SM19). By default this is not tracked because it will cost performance if each call to a transaction needs to be logged.
Be also aware that running reports for auditing may take a long time. The amount of data will be HUGE.
The main question is: What do you want to achieve?

Hi Aftab
right now,im not having any SAP system with me, as soon as i will be loggin in, will be able to tell you exactly the steps in STO3N in ECC 6,
however, in 4.6x i.e. versions, (STO3 works isntead of ST03N) i remember the steps
select specific application server, select single stat analysis, it will ask for various field inputs like user, transaction, program, date from , till date etc....in user/trasaction, put *. specify previous and present day dates for one day analysis
thanks
Bhudev
go to ST03 and then
expert mode then select application server and day ,week, month
after that
User and settelment..
you will find the user list which user woked on that particular date...
then.....after clicking on that you can check which user has run which t-code
also you find out which t-code he/she run....with responce time....
Moral is that st03 for workload analysis but if trace is not on the you can ....
get some information from here...

Hi Aftab
i think anuj clicked the right way
however, in user and settlement statistic tab, you have to select the 'user profile', this user profile view will open the list of users, so you have to double click on a particular user to see all the tcodes ran by that user.
however, just to clarify, in case you might avoid the confusion, this 'user and settlement statistic' tab comes in 'Analysis Views' just below the workload day you select in the left pane...
thanks
Bhudev
You also said that it is showing one day back record
this is due to
some performance collector job like
SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR having program RSCOLL00
and SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT having program RSN3_STAT_COLLECTOR
also SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_JOBSTATISTIC having program RSBPCOLL
those should be finished successfully for getting data in workload analysis.
