Hi Experts,

Can some one pls.help us understand the SAP upgrade(from 4.7 to ECC6) step related to SAP Security..

"Secrity-(QC defect 2105) Default format xxl format for all users with access to FBL1N,FBL3N,FBL5N-Defaults the correct Excel format for downloads instead of requiring users to do this each time with untuitive selection box"

Go to SE80 enter programm SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN then execute it will take you to "Report for Maintenance of ALV Control Data" screen.

There you select the radio button "Create"

Enter the data in "Client All" EX 811

"Users All" "*"

ALV DATA

ALV GUI Excel Version select "Excel (in HTML format" from drop down. Then execute the report.

You have do this in production system. Hope it will help you.
