Hi Farhan,

Internal Orders are two types

Statistical Order

Real Order.

Statistical Order is purely for Statistical purpose for Management Analysis purpose

Real Order is for further Process. Real orders are Capital Orders,Production Orders,Maintenance Orders

Real order need to be settled

In Order Master Data-control tab we have a check box Stastical, if we tick this check box it will be Statistical Order if not Real order

When Cost objects Cost center and Order are assigned while posting a document in which Internal order is statistical then cost center is real object or Vice- versa

Hope this will help You

regards

Raj

Hi ,

To understand about Internal orders you have to know about controlling objects,

2 types of controlling objects

1) Real controlling object: These are the controlling objects to which we can post the information (expense and incomes directly), these expenses or incomes can be aportioned to other controlling objects, the posting made to real controlling objects are called real postings.

2) Stastical controlling objects: These are the controlling objects to which we cannot post the information directly. To post the information to the stastical controlling objects we have to first post the information to one of the real controlling objects and then the information is identified with statical controlling objects and this cannot be apportioned to other controlling objects.

Internal order : Internal order is a tool used to

1) Analyse any particular expenditure.

2) To find out cost of a particular event.

3) To find out cost of a particular task.

Internal orders are 2 types

1)Stastical internal order

2)Real internal order.

1) Stastical internal order: The costs identified with stastical internal order cannot be apportioned to statical contolling objects, they can be used only for the analysis and decision making purposes.

Example: Analysis of petrol expenses, advertisement expenses. etc...

2) Real internal order: The costs identified with real internal orders can be apportioned to other controlling objects.

Example: Exhibition, dealers meet, distributors meet etc..
