The base unit of measure in r3 is NO which i tried to CIF to APO but as it is not standard base unit of measure i am not able tp CIF it. May i know what settings i have to make in APO so that apo can accept NO Base unit of measure.

Try to have a look into cuni transaction in APO. If you don't want to develop anything you can add UOMs in APO straight forward.

There is no need to disturb the UserExit Directly go to Transaction CUNI and maintain your UOM in APO directly.

one way of doing it is by using CIF User Exit APOCF005.by this you can control the UOM field in Product master
