Shading in Smartforms

Former Member

Hi,

I've created a smartform using templates. My templates are shaded using a grey color.

When I create a html out of this smartform, it looks perfectly. But created as pdf the shading of the template is gone though my window is configured to display all shading.

Do you have a suggestion?

hey sebastian,

i faced a similar problem once but not with pdf format

ya at that time in print preview i didn't see the shading but when i took printout for that i got the shading perfectly

n in another case i go the form correctly in the printpreview but when i took the printout it is shaded where it is not necessary

so in this case i changed the printer i mean i printed it out in another printer i got the result becz the printer drivers will crash with the program

i think this may helpful for u

Regards

Well I already tried that. And it did not make a difference.

HTML-Output always shows shading and PDF does not. Other smartforms I tried work properly, so it's strange.
