T & E: u201CAdditional Information for Receiptsu201D Showing only the Last Comment.

Dear Experts,

My company is currently using SAP ECC 5.0.

The user created the expense report with multiple u201Cout of pocketu201D Receipts Items. Several u201CTipsu201D items with appropriate Comments were created. Example: a u201CTipu201D for Hotel Room service and a u201CTipu201D for Car Wash .

PROBLEM: Not ALL u2018Commentsu2019 for individual Receipts were displayed/printed using the SIMLUATE/RESULT icon via PR05 or PR_WEB_1200 transactions. Only the LAST comment, for the last Receipt was displayed/printed. The user requires a correct Displayed/Printed version of his expense report.

Noticed, that the comments for ALL receipts are SAVED and can be viewed via transaction PRTE -> Edit checkbox.

The conclusion, the individual Comments for All Receipts are SAVED on SAP but not pulled to Display/Print via SIMLUATE/RESULT icon.

I have searched the OSS note, but did not find anything appropriate.

I would greatly appreciate help in finding a solution - SAP note or BADI ...

Thank you for your reply.

The program that 'builds' the report is ( or seems to be) is RPRTEF00, contains a long linst of INcludes and looks hard to debug.

I am not sure if you meant to debug the RPRTEF00 or verify some config?
