How to pass ~theme parameter via URL

Hi Friends,

I am calling IAC service from integrated service using the below url and that is working fine but still the text font is too big. I have gone through SDN and I understand that i have to create a Theme in SAP backend and call that service via url. I have created a ~theme99 in the backend and I am callin this service vai URL as given below but still my text is showing too big. Please can you help me guys what is the correct procedure to do this.

1. I have created ~theme99 in the backend

2. I am using this url to call my created theme

http://myspace:50200/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap.IAC
?System=SPACE_Alias&IAC=MYTCODE&~theme=99
