Delivery quantity is showing 0 in delivery.

Hi Gurus,

I have created a delivery with quantity 10. At the time of creating delivery it its showing confirmed quantity 10 but after delivery is created the quantity is showing 0. PGI is also showingcompleted but quantity is 0 & the PGI document is also not opening. when i go to mb03 to view the pgi doc. its giving the error. No document created confirm service / cancel transaction.

Batch is maintained and is stock is showing in mmbe under unrestricted use.

Ashutosh,

Cancel, the Delivery through Tcode VL09. redo the availability check in the order and check in your schedule lines the confirmed date. Check the stock for the material through MMBE. Copy the confirmed date from the schedule line and then proceed with delivery process VL01N and release it to PGI. Again Check MMBE whether there is any reduction in stock, if found ok.

Proceed by checking the material document in MB03.

Your first two comments are contradict to each other. Where you have seen PGI as completed and where it is showing zero. Moreover, when you say PGI is completed, the second cited above says it is not opening.

From the third point cited above, it seems, the item category would have been TAX. Check that as in normal circumstances, if the item category is TAX, in document flow, you can see below the delivery document Confirmation of Service instead of material document. Check that and post the outcome.
