BW-BPS to CRM field-symbol error

I have created a planning area and planning profile mapped it in CRm with all the configurations.

when i am trying to see the layout by mapping planning profile groups to the planning profile. i am unable to see the layout in the crm system and i get the following error

<b>Error in planning services

Error messages - count 0001:

RFC error: Field symbol has not yet been assigned..</b>

<b>I am able to see the layout in BPS0.</b>

But I am able to See the business content version of the sales forecasting planning.

Can anybody tell me if there is something i missing here.
