uploading diagrams

Dear gurus,

My client want to upload their drawings into SAP system

The drawings are in PD F and jpg format .

how this can be done, pls advice

Hi,

There are ways of uploading it,

Iin ME21N, also u can attach in services for object, the best wumentsay is going to the document management system in CV01N and attach the doc & save.

Then assign the same in mm02, additional data, doc.data.u assign the number.

Hi vijay,

Go to mm02 t code.

after opening the screen of matl master on left up side you will get icon services for object .

after clicking again click on create button.then create attachment tab.

then you will directly go to your working system.

from there you can attach any files in word ,excel.pdf etc.
