Archiving

Dear all,

I am in need of some inputs in archiving. I know the procedure to write in archiving in SARA. My doubt is i need to specify a object (MM_EKKO), in date wise . Say from Apr 01 2005 to Apr 05 2008 the data from these two specified dates is to be archived other than that is to be there in tables.

Wr do i specify the date in SARA for archiving or is that any other way for that.

HI,

If i understood your issue you need to specify the time frame to be archived with MM_EKKO.

You can set up this information in the archive write variant of the archive object MM_EKKO.

Write->Maintain->Create new variant

Ivan is write.... You need to create variants to set the scope of the archiving run.
