Variant Uploaded Directly

Dear Experts,

i have an problem.

Suppose i have a program, which have selection screen.

now i put entries in selection screen. and save it as a variant.

now every time when i m going to run the program. first i chose save variant and then run the program.

now the problem is that i want to avoid the choose variant.

i want, when i run the t-code the Variant will automatically/directly uploaded.

Plz help me.

Are you sure you are talking about Web Dynpro ABAP? There are no selection screen variants in Web Dynpro ABAP.

You guys are going to fix that, right? I'm surprised this basic, standard SAP reporting functionality hasn't been "plugged-in" already.

There are no plans to add variant functionality from the framework standpoint. It is seen as functionality mostly required for background processing - which itself is not possible with Web Dynpro. Instead consider the use of default values via personalization or building an application level framework for the storage of multiple sets of default values.
