am just monitoring the abap dump analysis daily........ i need to know whether we can able to get information about in which PC the dump has occured.... i.e., PC number.......
whether its possible..,....?
Hi
Yes you can
double click the dump
On system environment->terminal
Where you are able to see the terminal where this dump came.
ABAP or Short dumps occurs as a result of serious error encountered when running a report or processing a transaction. This error is registered in the SAP system log and also the system registers a snapshot of the program termination to a table. So with the help of system log also you are able to see the terminal name from os level.

You can see the user name as well as as server name where the program terminates in ST22 but you cannot see from which terminal this program has been executed.
