easily sort the key figures on a planning book

how to sort easily the key figure on a planning book ?

Hi Pascale,

As i have understood from your question, you require such field that able to you select one or more key figures.There is one field called "Multiple Key figure selection" in the planning book. You can press the button & choose your keyfigure instead of selcting all key figure.

non in fact I would like to sort and to get a special sort in my display planning book to get consitency with the users need for example

I want my KF K on the third position

KF G on the second position

KF T on the first position

in order to get more consistency in the planning book

Hi,

This can be possible while designing the Planning Book & data View.

Go to transaction: /n/sapapo/sdp8b

Select appropriate planning book & go to edit mode

Select approriate data view in the data view tab & click on the last tb i.e "Key figures"

Here you can change the sequesnce of your key figure.

Note: I f you have created macros on it then because the changing the position of the key figure macros will get deactivated automatically. ( It may happen).
