To make entry in the field "mandatory" in WEB SHOP order.

Hello Experts,

I would like the user to make the entry in the "Your Reference" (Ext. Reference field in the back end CRM) field mandatorily in the web shop order.

I tried it with incompletion settings. But this works fine from SAP GUI and not in WEB SHOP order?

Is there any way i can acheive the same? Or it can be achieved only through JAVA coding.
