Linking the Matrix Column UI/DI API

Hi all,

I want to copy the same value of Master Table Field e.g U_RequiredDate in the detail Table Matrix U_RequiredDate When I add a record.

If I copy the value at runtime using UI API Then 1st the process is very slow and I have to capture the all possibilities e.g update to field during a new record insertion.

Please guide if a better solution is available!

Can you try to use Format Search to copy it when a new line is inserted or updated?
