Is it possible to copy from Excel and Paste directly to ALV table cells?

Hi Experts,

I have an ALV table in my Webdynpro Application with with 10 columns. I would like to directly copy some data from Excel sheet and paste it into the ALV cells. I tried and it didn't work. It copies into only single cell. Iam just wondering if that is possible by any chance.

Hi,

I do not think it is possible to copy directly from Excel to ALV. But SAP has provided upload facility through which one can upload data from excel to ALV.
