EP print through webgui fails....

Hi all,

I have a NW04S portal connected to my erp through webgui, where we run some transactions.

In erp (ECC6) I have created an output device, with access method F and device type pdf1.

When I log on to erp through webgui printing through this output device is possible, I get the pdf file and I am able to print it.

When I do the same through portal, I get a popup saying which spool request I want to print..

and when I select it I get error file S:\usr\sap\PRD\SYS\global\.....spool file... does not exist.

The file is there though. Even if I wait or try to print yesterday's printouts the same error.

Any idea or workaround?

Please assist.

This will be authorization error. S_dATASET , check if you have this access
