What are the customizing settings to be done for Promotion Announcement to stores?

Hi Vijay,

Thanks, I am following this document only!

But when i go to subsequent processing -> announcement -> notification i get the below message

"A message could not be created"

how to solve this?

Create Promotion announcement condition T. Code - WB/A

Choose condition type - RTB1

this will solve you problem

The condition record already exists! even then i m getting this error
