Questionnaire for decision regarding client/instance/landscape strategy

we are in implementation of a Harmonization&Consolidation project. In order to define a correct stategy regarding the client(one or more), the instance (one or more) and the landscape.

Have you a questionnaire with the technical criteria to be considered for this purpose?
