How to show the field values in smartforms secondary window

Hi all,

I am new to Smartforms.can you tell me how to insert the fields in the secondary window using the existing work area that passed in smartform.i am using ECC 6.0 version.

for ex: &gt_bill-name1&

&gt_bill-name2&

&gt_bill-street&

&gt_bill-city&

&gt_bill-country&

Can you please tell me step by step as i am facing alignment problem.

Goto tcode :i18n

i18n menu --> i18ncustomizing --> MS word as editor --> uncheck the check box smartforms and activate.

Now in the smartforms --> create the text node drag and drop the fields into the text nodes accordingly.

Hi Kumar,

You can insert a text element, then change the text editor to go to the PC editor just like in SAPscript and then you put the variables exactly as you would do in SAPscript.

So,

1) create a text element

2) go to the PC editor(there is a similar button to SAPscript - the paper and the pen)

3) Write the variables exactly as below

How to change to PC editor,its always opens in word format.

After you open the editor, from the menu Goto-> Change editor. You can also click on the menu Configure Editor and uncheck Graphical PC editor. This way, the old editor will always open.
