Hi,

How do I change fonts and sizes and colors of text elements in smartforms.

Are there any system defined styles or do i need to create a new style .

I have tried creating a new style but i am not able to choose that style for the text element.

is there an alternative method for formatting texts and sizes in text elements.

Thanks and Regards

Ashok

Hi,

1. Go to tcode Smartforms.Click style radio button.Give a name(say zzz_test) there and click create.

2.Put a cursor in Paragraph and in the menu, Edit->click Create Node.Give the name of the paragraph.(say P1).Define it according to the need[Use Indent and Spacing and Font tab in it].

3.If needed,define character also.

4.Then activate it.

5.Now come to tcode Smartforms.Click radio button form and specify the form name(say zzz_form).

6.Create a text element.

7.In the output option tab of the text element, specify the style(zzz_test) you created. If you press F4 for style, you can even use standard styles.

8.Then activate and execute it.

Kindly reward points by clicking the star on the left of reply,if it is useful.

Hello Ashok,

You use transaction SMARTSTYLES to create styles for smartforms. Then, in your smartform, you can reference the smartstyle in Output Options tab of a text element.

Hi,

Create a new style according to your requirement and then you can apply this style to your text element in OUTPUT OPTIONS tab Style.

Ashok,

You will have to create a Style. This style has to be mentioned in the attributes of the FORM so that the style can be applicable for all the objects within that Form.

Once that is done you will be able change the fonts and sizes accordingly to what you have defined in the Style.

Ravi
