In SAP, Can the products be changed from one location to another freely?

hi,

yes the prodcuts can be transferred from one sloc to another sloc with in a plant with movement type 311 in mb1b.

Hi,

Yes. Products can be moved from one location to another location by means of Transfer posting in inventory management. The movement can be from Plant to Plant, Storage location to Storage location from one compant to another company using specific movement types.

It can be changed

with in the plant, Means storage location to storage location

Plant to plant (with in company code)

Company code to cpmany code

The above movement controlled by movement types.
