Manoj,

It can be achieved, provided you do configuration based on your requirement

Credit management - mainatain "C" at document level VOV8

Check OVA8 - For Deliveries (with Static activated and reason as "C" activate Open orders and open Deliveries

Downpayment has to be configured:

Condition Type

Maintaining Condition Type AZWR in the pricing procedure

Condition type AZWR is delivered for the down payment value already provided but which has not yet been calculated.

Condition Class = A

Calculation type = B u2013 Fixed amount

Condition category = e (small caps) Down payment request/down paymet clearing

Pricing procedure

You must include this condition type in the relevant pricing procedure before output tax.

In Pricing procedure insert AZWR Condition type wherein requirement = 2 and Calculation Type = 48

Account key has to be mainatained for AZWR condition type. A special G/L account key has to be activated. Check with FI Consultant in maintaining Acccounting configuration OBXB for down payments. also we wll have to chek Reconciliation Accounts in OBXR for received downpayments and down payment request. you have to activate indicator for Credit limit.

Copy Controls needs to be checked for invoices (20,down payemnt request and 23,down payment clearing) at item category level

Billing Document

Billing Document FAZ (down payment request) with u201CPu201D as billing category and the billing type FAS for cancelling.

In u201CDefine Blocking reasonsu201D we will have to assign blocking reason 02 (complete confirmation missing) to billing type FAZ.

Hello Manoj,

Yes. Down payment will be considered for the Credit Checking.

In FD33 transaction "Special Liabilities" column will be updated for customer Down payments.

Below info for your ref:

Relevant special liabilities for credit limit check

Total of the special G/L transactions which are to be taken into consideration when checking the credit limit.

Example

Generally down payments received are, for example, taken into consideration when checking the credit limit.

Dependencies

When defining the indicators for special G/L transactions, you should define in each case whether the transaction in question is relevant for the credit limit check.
